Ascend Performing Arts requires directors, employees, volunteers and members to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of Ascend Performing Arts and the Blue Knights must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
While our Board of Directors hope that all those who come in contact with Ascend Performing Arts and the Blue Knights feel unhindered and unthreatened in raising concerns, complaints, and issues with this organization, the Board of Directors recognize that it is essential to provide a way for confidential and anonymous submission of such concerns, complaints and issues. This ensures the Board of Directors have an opportunity to thoroughly investigate and address any potential violations of policy, law, or ordinance in the conduct of Ascend Performing Arts and Blue Knights activities.
