What section?
I was on the drum line where I started on cymbals then while going thru tunnel 3 was promoted to bass drum and then went to triples at the old Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
Where did you attend high school?
Alameda High School.
Why did you choose to march with the Blue Knights?
My brother decided to join and the Blue Knights were a fun drum corps so I joined, too.
What is your favorite drum corps memory?
There were no ticks in Kansas! Also, I was the Public Address announcer in Philadelphia when the Blue Knights stayed there in 1975. I also volunteered periodically for the Blue Knights to include doing the water for the 2004 Drum Corps International World Championships hosted here in Denver.
