DENVER, CO – The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps is excited to announce Michelle Ciriello as the Assistant Director of the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps!
Graduating in 2014 with her B.S., Michelle was a classroom educator for 7 years. During her time as an educator Michelle managed a music academy that served over 200 students at 2 locations. She was also on the administrative team for 317 Performing Arts, and the Operations Director for Veritas in 2022 (PIW).
Michelle began her Drum Corps experience in 2017 volunteering with the Bluecoats. She was the assistant merchandise manager at Bluecoats in 2018. For 2020-2022, Michelle worked on the administration staff for Blue Knights. She has been in the role of volunteer coordinator, travel coordinator, and tour administrator.
Currently residing in Indiana, Michelle is married to Garrett Ciriello and they have a beautiful boy Oliver who they welcomed in 2021.
“Michelle has been a phenomenal part of the Blue Knights team for several years now, and I am incredibly excited to have her stepping into this role as we continue to prepare for a fantastic 2023 season and beyond. I know more than ever she will continue to help push the Blue Knights forward in our pursuit of providing positive life changing experiences for the young adults we impact,” said Daniel Belcher, Executive Director of the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps.
Michelle will continue in her role as Director of Project Management for Ascend Performing Arts in addition to taking on the role of Assistant Director of the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps.
