DENVER, CO – Whether you are looking to audition for the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps or trying out for Drum Major of your high school band, the Blue Knights Drum Major Xperience is for you!
Drum Major Xperience
The Blue Knights are adding another component to the BKXperience event for those who want to learn what being a Drum Major or a better student leader. This November, the 3-Day Denver Camp is the one opportunity for anyone to interact, learn conducting methods, call commands, discuss leadership issues, and conduct the Blue Knights horn line.
Participants will learn from the Blue Knights staff and past Blue Knights Drum Majors. All Blue Knights Drum Major Xperience attendees are encouraged to pre-register and pay the BKX camp fee before the day of the event to save $25.  Click here to register and pay the fee!
Drum Major Auditions
Those interested in auditioning for Drum Major for the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps will have an opportunity to do so at the November Camp in Denver. Those prospective Drum Majors who are strong candidates to join the Blue Knights as a drum major in 2016 from within the BKXperience event in November will be invited to return for the final round of consideration at the 3-Day Denver Camp in December.
Round 1:Â Open to all for experience and those interested in auditioning for Blue Knights Drum Major will happen only at the November BKXperience 3-Day Camp in Denver.
Round 2:Â Those auditioning for Drum Major with the Blue Knights will be invited to attend the December BKXperience 3-Day Camp in Denver.
