Feed the Knights 2023 Campaign

Denver, CO –

We are excited to announce the launch of our 2023 Feed the Knights campaign, an initiative aimed at ensuring the nourishment and well-being of the talented and dedicated members of the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps. As we embark on the exhilarating tour, we need your support to provide nutritious meals for our hardworking performers. Your generosity will make a significant difference in their stamina, focus, and overall experience throughout this extraordinary journey.

At the Blue Knights, we firmly believe in the power of balanced nutrition to fuel both body and mind. Our marching members partake in physically demanding routines, rehearsals, and performances that require immense energy and stamina. To sustain this level of activity, they require an intake of calories equivalent to that of a marathon runner every single day. Therefore, it is crucial that we provide them with meals consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, complex carbohydrates, milk, eggs, and cheese. These nutritious and energizing meals are vital for their overall well-being and performance excellence. However, it comes with significant financial implications. Our food program alone will cost $115,000, as we aim to provide over 200 meals four times daily to our dedicated performers and staff.

We cannot achieve our goal without the support of passionate individuals like yourself. By contributing to the Feed the Knights campaign, you can directly impact the lives of our talented performers. Every contribution matters, and no donation is too small. We value your support, whether it’s a one-time donation or a recurring contribution throughout our tour. Together, we can make a meaningful difference and provide our members with the sustenance they require to thrive.

To donate, you can visit our dedicated campaign webpage at http://give.classy.org/FeedtheKnights23, where you will find a secure portal. We have also set up various giving levels to accommodate different budgets and ensure that everyone can contribute.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to your generous contributions to the Feed the Knights campaign!
