Everett Kim

EVERETT KIM

Everett Kim is a marching arts educator and film composer from Manhattan Beach, California. As a performer, Everett was a member of the Pacific Crest in 2015 and the Blue Devils from 2016 to 2019 as a trumpet player and drum major. As an educator, Everett has taught marching band and independent percussion in the Southern California region and is currently teaching at Arcadia High School and Sunny Hills High School. Additional educational experience includes being on the visual instructional staff for the Blue Devils B and Meraki Percussion.

Everett received his bachelor’s degree in film scoring at Berklee College of Music and went on to receive his master’s degree in screen scoring from the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music. After graduating in 2022 he scored his first feature film and is currently a composer for film and television in the Los Angeles area.
