Karl Hammond Design manufactures a full line of brass instrument mouthpieces including trumpet, cornet, trombone and tuba with flugel horn on request. Custom services and alterations are also available for all brass instruments. Consistent manufacturing with a wide variety of features has been a main strength of Hammond Design.

The Blue Knights brass staff has been working closely with Karl Hammond Design engineers in developing new, custom-built mouthpieces for the Blue Knights horn line in the future. A custom set of Karl Hammond Design mouthpieces recently arrived in Denver during the Blue Knights all-days training camp to test out for the 2020 Drum Corps International summer national tour.
