Ashley Schmit has over two decades of experience within the colorguard community and is currently in her fifth year as Colorguard Caption Head at Mountain Ridge High School in Arizona, where the team holds three State Championship titles. As a performer, her extensive background includes marching with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps, the Arizona Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, FeniX Independent World Winterguard, and several other renowned programs such as Entity Winterguard and ASU Marching Band.

With 18 years of teaching experience, Ashley has worked at multiple high schools, including Agua Fria, Millennium, Mesquite, Verrado, Desert Vista, and Mountain Ridge. She has also served as an instructor for FeniX Independent A and World programs and works as a colorguard choreographer for various schools across New Mexico, Texas, and Utah.

Ashley is excited to embark on her new journey with the Blue Knights and looks forward to contributing to the future success of the program.
