Cierra Coffee is the Colorguard Director at McKinney North High School in McKinney, TX. Under her leadership, the McKinney North Colorguard has earned state-level recognition alongside the band, including appearances at the 2022 UIL State Marching Contest, the 2023 UIL State Contest, and the program’s first-ever State Finals appearance in 2024. During the winter season, the MNHS Winterguard was promoted to a higher classification in their local circuit, going on to become NTCA State Finalists as well as WGI finalists.

Cierra began her teaching career in 2020 as the Colorguard Director at East River High School in Orlando, FL. In 2022, she relocated to McKinney, TX, where she served as a color guard technician and choreographer for Prosper HS, Allen HS, Rock Hill HS, and Wylie HS.

As a performer, Cierra has been a member of multiple world-class WGI and DCI organizations. She performed with Carolina Crown (2019–2021), UCF Pegasus Winterguard (2020–2022), and the Bluecoats (2023).

Cierra joined the BK Visual Team for the 2025 season as a movement specialist and is excited to continue her work with the organization as a BK Colorguard staff member this summer. She looks forward to helping members develop strong movement and equipment skills and become undeniable performers on the field.
