Sierra Rogers is a visual educator, designer, and adjudicator based out of Phoenix, Arizona. She works with Flux Indoor Percussion, Corona del Sol high school, and Casa Grande Union High School in her home state of Arizona, and writes drill for several schools both in and out of Arizona. After marching eight years with The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, Sierra taught with the Madison Scouts for five years before joining the visual team at Blue Knights in 2026.
