Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble is proud to announce Jonathan Zuniga has joined the World Ensemble as its new Music Coordinator & Sound Designer!
Jon is a highly sought-after educator, arranger, and adjudicator, boasting a rich history of marching, teaching, and arranging for some of the most renowned groups across all levels of the activity. The Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble eagerly anticipates the infusion of Jon’s expertise, experience, creativity, and unique sound into our ensemble’s 2024 production. With Jon joining the team, Pete Lucero, Program Coordinator, notes “Jon brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the BKPE design team. I’ve been working with him for a little over a decade now and I’m always impressed by how he’s able to find a way to improve upon every idea I throw at him while at the same time bringing his own fresh ideas to the table. I’m extremely eager and excited to see what he’s able to do as the music coordinator and sound designer for the ensemble.”
