Shane Roderick is a percussionist, composer, and educator based in Coral Gables, Florida, pursuing his DMA in Classical Percussion Performance at the Frost School of Music under the direction of Svet Stoyanov.

As a performer, Shane has traveled throughout the entire country performing through several mediums of percussion. He was a member of the Bluecoats, the Blue Knights, Monarch Independent, and the Colts. Currently, Shane is an active member of the Frost Percussion Group and the Henry Mancini Orchestra at the Frost School of Music.

Within the marching arts, Shane worked with the Sacramento Mandarins during the summer and teaches various Texas high school marching band programs throughout the Houston and Beaumont area.

Shane received his MM in Music Performance from James Madison University and his BM in Music Education from Lamar University.
