With a distinguished background that includes serving in the Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, Jessica brings a unique blend of discipline and expertise to her profession. She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and is deeply committed to her family, being married with seven children. Outside of her professional life, Jessica is passionate about music and the performing arts; she plays the flute for the flute choir and has a particular love for drum corps.
